How To Order
  • Ordering with us is easy and secure. Click on any item you'd like to buy or view, and then click the "Add To Cart" button next to any item to place it in your shopping cart. If you want to buy more than one item, click "Continue Shopping" and repeat or change the quantity in your Shopping Cart page. Click "Check Out" when you are ready.
  • We use the Stronghold secure server, currently the second best selling secure server software, and in our opinion, technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirming the order. When the order is shipped, a 2nd e-mail will be sent with your tracking number.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
  • You may schedule an order for delivery up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Item pricing is subject to change without notice as the prices of livestock can change due to specific supplier and availability daily. If you order an item and it is not available and later order that item you will not be able to get it for the previous price. This additionally applies to credits for replacement livestock. Item pricing may also be subject to change in the event of a typographical error.

  • Price Guarantees
    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer price guarantees to our customers. To guarantee the quality of our aquaria, we select only from the highest quality stock.

    Return Policy
    We do not allow the return of livestock or synthetic corals. This is done to protect the lives of the fish and animals, which have no chance of survival unless, packaged properly, including the use of oxygen. If you are not satisfied with the livestock that we sent to you, please contact our Customer Care department (sales@marinedepotlive.com) immediately by email.

    Cancellation Policy
    Upon submitting an order online you will receive an order number. If you change your mind and wish to have the order cancelled you will need to email us by 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time at customercare@marinedepotlive.com and request the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email to confirm your cancelled order. You may also call your cancellation in between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PST at 1-714-935-9607.

    Failure to contact us to cancel your order will result in the order being shipped. We have no control or ability to cancel an order once it is shipped from the building and you will be responsible to receive the order. Orders that are refused will not be credited back to your card and our Arrive Alive Guarantee will be revoked on refused orders.

    Cancelling an order will result in a restock fee of 15% of the order total.
